This immersive pop-up restaurant, created by our production team and development chef, redefined fine dining with a completely food-safe floor experience - where every bite was served at ground level.
Menu highlights:
• Puffed tapioka cracker, smoked whipped tofu, yuzu ponzu gel
• Crispy wonton skin, beef tartare with pear & pickled cowpea
• Black sesame mochi cake, fuyu sour cream, rice paper receipt
