Each pillow held a hidden weight activated scent pod of the fragrance, encapsulating the essence of Liberty’s artistry and innovation💜

We saved a lot of lives giving out medicinal marshmallows.

Our roaming mallow medics offered a sweet relief for every emotional and physical woe.
Guests consulted with our team of culinary doctors and received a delicious diagnosis followed by a marshmallow prescription designed to lift moods and soothe festival fatigue.🥴

We love blending food, performance, and a touch of the surreal, was a pleasure to collaborate with @wildernesshq and treat patients like @professorgreen

An evening in a high tech temple, divided into the light zone and the dark zone.
The light side is pure, clean, lab like environment while the dark side is mysterious, sumptuous, sensorial and transgressive. The edible offerings were a clever infusions based on the TASTE not FLAVOUR of the vapes.

1. Smokey (tobacco) Mezcal Blackberry Margarita
2. Lychee ceviche with edible flowers VE on petri dish or oyster shells
3. @kennedyjopson mixing up some delicious cocktails on the dark side
4. Deep fried black rice pudding with coconut milk, whipped mango cream

We took a trip to Berlin and of course had to make a stop at the @DisgustingFoodMuseum.
Not only did we explore foods from around the world and the fascinating cultural ideas of what’s considered “disgusting,” but we also got to taste some ourselves, from insect chips to century eggs to Şalgam Suyu (fermented turnip juice). Let’s just say… our senses were on high alert.
It definitely got us thinking: what do we eat that others might find revolting? And what kinds of “disgusting” dishes could we dream up?

Some of our favourites from the museum:
1. A bizarre collection of canned goods you’ll wish you never opened
2. The reality of meat consumption
3. Sheep’s eyeball drink from Mongolia (yes, it’s a hangover cure)👀
4. Ortolan a tiny French songbird eaten whole under a napkin — to trap the aroma… or to hide your shame from God.
5. Ostrich eggnog, something to shake up this Christmas?
6. And yes… the entrance ticket is a sick bag

It’s a bit of a funny time of year😮‍💨🌀
That’s why today has been labelled Blue Monday 🦋🌧️

‘Blue Monday’, a term coined by psychologist Cliff Arnall, is said to be the most depressing day of the year. It’s dark out almost all the time, it’s rainy and cold, and the joyous Christmas season is over, sometimes it’s just straight up hard to even imagine that springtime is on it’s way 🥲

So what do you do? Well dopamine eating is one way to tackle blues, and this cake is full of golden goodness to chase away the gloom of January ☀️🍊🌼

Starting with a chamomile, vanilla and clementine zest sponge, these comfortingly familiar flavours also contain health benefits such as sleep improvement and vitamin C, whilst the dark chocolate and charcoal in the cremeux have been proven to elevate mood, lower blood pressure and detoxify🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Adding a fresh ginger and clementine curd gives a gently warming citrussy zing, and to top it off the buttercream is infused with a deeper note of stem ginger and the ultimate golden superfood, honey

According to legend, in 2737 BC, the Chinese emperor Shen Nung was sitting beneath a tree while his servant boiled drinking water, when some leaves from the tree blew into the water. Shen Nung decided to try the infusion that his servant had accidentally created. The tree was a Camellia sinensis, and the resulting drink was what we now call tea.

In 2012 archaeologists unearthed the first evidence of popcorn in Peru: 6,700-year-old corn cobs studded with puffed kernels.

So we thought it was time these two ancient food items came together!
